摘　　要：本文从生化角度指出 ,锌与机体的生长发育和功能有着密切的关系 .锌摄入的不足或过量均会引起生理的变化而产生多种疾病 .只要注意每日饮食的营养 。From the viewpoint of biology, zinc is closely related to the growth and functions of human bodies. Deficit or surplus of zinc may cause physiological changes and diseases. With attention paid to diet and nutrition, man will not suffer from diseases related to zinc deficit.
