北京市近郊区村镇建设的几点思考

摘　　要：北京市近郊区是一块生产方式和生活方式都已发生根本变化的地域 ,传统的村镇建设模式已不再适应新的形势 ,村镇建设急需得到理论上的指导。针对北京市近郊区独特的区位环境、复杂的作用机制、突出的矛盾冲突 ,以近郊丰台区果园村为例 ,通过对村镇建设的几点思考 。Fundamental changes on mode of production and way of life have taken place in the near suburbs of Beijing City. Traditional model of rural construction has not suited the needs of new situation. Rural construction is in urgent need of theoretical direction. Taking Guo yuan Village, Fengtai District as an example, it thinks some problems about rural construction and points out that relevant research is very necessary in the light of special region, complex action mechanism and outstanding conflicts in the near suburbs.
