摘　　要：本文详尽分析了利用Ｆ－Ｐ标准具实时测量激光波长的理论依据和误差，初步实现了利用Ｆ－Ｐ标准具实时测量激光波长，并探讨了该方法的发展前景及潜在的困难。The purpose of this paper is to introduce the theoretical basis and the error for laserwavelength measurement, and point out that using a F-P and CCD sensor to measure the laser wavelength is a better method because the method has higher resolution of wavelength and can be used in realtime.
