硫化锌精矿生成元素硫型浸取反应中稻草羧甲基纤维素的添加效果

摘  要:用加压氧化酸浸的方法,从含铁硫化锌精矿中提取锌时,其反应按下列反应式进行.ZnS+H_2SO_4+1/2 O_2=ZnSO_4+S°+H_2O但由于其反应需在元素硫熔点(119℃)以上约150℃下进行,反应中生成的元素硫呈熔融状态,并履盖其未反应的硫化锌精矿颗粒表面,阻碍浸取反应的进行,以致影响锌的浸取率.为了解决这一问题,我们将稻草羧甲基纤维素作为表面活性剂,首次应用于硫化锌精矿的直接浸取高压反应器内。实验结果表明,对于提高浸取反应速度和锌的浸取率是很有效的.The extraction of zinc from iron concentrates containing zinc sulphide by oxygen pressure leaching is based on the following reaction: ZnS +H_2SO_4+1/2O_2=ZnSO_4+S° +H_2O Which must be carried out at temperature much higher than the melting point of sulfur,typically at 150℃.Liquid sulfur produced covers the surface of unreacted zinc sulphide particles so that further leaching is hindered. In order to solve the problem,straw carboxy methyl cellulose is used as surfactant and added into the leaching autoclave for the first time as far as we know.Experiments show that both the rate of leaching of zinc sulfide and percentage of zinc extracted are increased as a result of addition of this particular agent.
