摘 要:器件的漏气率大小是决定红外探测器搁置和使用寿命的关键因素之一 ,也是判断军用多元金属杜瓦瓶真空完善性的重要指标 ,特别是常规漏率检测手段难以探测微小漏率是长久以来影响杜瓦瓶成品率的重要因素。文中简要介绍几种真空高灵敏度微小漏率测试方法、基本原理和测试结果 ,针对杜瓦瓶的气密性要求采用相应微小漏率测试手段 ,并在生产中获得应用。Leak rate is one of the key factors that affect the storage life and working life of detector/dewar assembly, and also the major parameter for estimating the vacuum perfection of military dewar. Especially, the mini\|leak which is difficult to be probed by conventional leak detection method is the major factor that affect the producivity of military dewar. In this paper, the methods, basic principle and test results of several kinds of super sensitive leak detection are described. And according to the requirement of military dewar, the corresponding leak detection method for the research and production is selected.
