低质粉煤灰活化技术研究

摘　　要：本文首先总结了国内外粉煤灰活化技术研究现状 ,接着对两种低质粉煤灰 (均为Ⅲ级灰 )活化技术进行初步的探索和研究。采用石灰膏“增钙”的同时 ,在粉煤灰水泥砂浆中掺入各种激发剂来激发粉煤灰的活性。通过测试砂浆试样的不同龄期力学强度和pH值 ,对粉煤灰活性的激发效果进行分析与比较 。The study conditions of activated technologies of fly ash are firstly summarized in this paper.Subsequently,the activated technologies of two kinds of low quality fly ash are preliminary explored and studied in this paper.The activation of fly ash in its mortars,which are mixed different kinds and quantities of activators,is present as well as use of Ca(OH) 2 “enhancing calcium”.The strengths and the pH value of fly ash mortars of each different time are examined.And the activated effect and mechanism of fly are analyzed and discussed. \[
