摘  要:煤气发生炉气化层温度是反应目标参数蒸汽分解率、产气量和有效成分的重要参数,但直接测量温度难度较大。采用软水为传热介质间接测温方法检测气化层温度已在现场试验成功。就软水管路系统、测温装置结构及原理、煤气发生炉控制系统,取得的技术经济效果进行了较为详细的叙述。It is extremely difficult directly to measure the temperature of gasification layer, which is an important variable of reaction objective parameters in a gas gonerator. An indirect measurement of using Soft water as a heat transfer medium to detect the temperature of gasfication layer has been successfully tested in the field. In this paper the soft water piping system, the general principle and structure of the temperature measuring device, and the control system in the gas generator are introduced in detail. also, earned technical and economic benefits are given.
