摘　　要：齐鲁石化公司橡胶厂顺丁橡胶单体生产中三套萃取精馏塔是关键设备。原设计、安装的气动Ⅱ型仪表单回路控制系统无法满足调节品质的需要。主要原因是常规控制方案不能满足萃取蒸馏塔的复杂操作情况。下面介绍用集散型系统萃取蒸馏塔控制方案。The problems existing in the conventional control configuration for an extraction-distillation tower is explored in this article. An I/AS distributed control system which is the combination of inner reflux and enthalpy control systems is employed to realize efficient control in this tower. It is showed that stable operation, energy saving, and high benefits of technology and economy are gained.
