黄芪精口服液对小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效及免疫的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察黄芪精口服液防治小儿反复呼吸道感染 (IRRI)的疗效和对免疫功能的影响。方法　 6 2例IRRI随机分为 2组 :1组 32例用黄芪精口服液治疗 ,另 1组 30例用斯奇康注射液治疗。治疗前后检测T细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白。结果　①两组疗效显著 ,总有效率分别为 94%和 93% ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。②同组CD3 、CD4 、CD4 /CD8、IgG及IgA治疗后较治疗前升高 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论　黄芪精口服液能增强IRRI的细胞免疫功能 ,促进抗体生成 ,减少IRRI的复发。Objective To observe the effect of Huang Qi Jing oral liquid (HQJOL) on preventing infantile recurrent respiratory infection (IRRI) and its influence on immunity. Methods 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups: Group one (32) was treated with HQJOL, another group (30) was treated with Shi Qi Kang injection. T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin were detected before and after treatment. Rerults ①Two groups had good effect.The total effective rate was 94%、93% respectively (P>0.05). ②In the same group CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、IgG、IgA after treatment were more than before (P<0.05). Conclusions HQJOL has obvirous effects on enhancing immune function and synthesis of antibody of IRRI, and meantime, It can reduce ralapce of IRRI.
