心肌缺血病人34例平板运动试验前后Q-T_C改变

摘　　要：目的　观察平板运动试验出现心肌缺血者运动前、后各时间 (即刻、2min、4min及 6min)的Q TC 变化。方法采用M 95 0 0型活动平板仪监测的 34例心肌缺血病人与 5 2例正常者运动前后各时间Q TC 变化。结果　缺血组运动后各时间Q TC 较运动前及正常组延长 ,其差别有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　心肌缺血病人运动后各时间Q TC 明显延长 ,Q TCObjective To investigate the change of Q T C before and after treadmill exercise test in 34 patients with myocardial ischemia. Methods Treadmill (M 9500) exercise test was performed in 34 patients with myocardial ischemia and 52 normal subjects, Q T C was measured before and after treadmill exercise test. Results Q T C after tests was longer than before in ischemic group. Q T C on all time points (2th. 4th. 6th. min) after test in ischemic group were increased than that in normal group (P<0.01). Conclusions Q T C could be an useful indicator to judge positive treadmill exercise test.
