红毛五加茎皮、叶及果实挥发油的GC-MS比较分析

摘　　要：目的 :比较分析红毛五加茎皮、叶及果实的化学成分。方法 :用GC MS方法鉴定其化学成分 ,并用GC法测定各化合物在挥发油中的相对百分含量。结果 :共鉴定 59个化合物 ,并测定了其相对含量。结论 :茎皮、叶及果实中挥发油的成分及含量多数很相似 ,但亦存在不同程度的差异。Objective:Comparing and analyzing the chemical component of stemskins,leaves and fruitages of Acanthopanax giraidii Harma.Methods:Use GC-MS technique to identify chemical component of Acanthopanax giraidii Harma's stem-skins,leaves and fruitages,and use GC technique to determine the relative content percent of each compound in essential oils.Results:Identified 59 compound,and determined relative contents of them.Conclusion:Many component and content of essential oils are similar,but in differ degree are dissimilar.
