免不1号对雄鼠免疫性不育症的作用

摘　　要：目的 :研究中药免不 1号对抗精子抗体引起的免疫性不育症作用方式。方法 :用精子抗原免疫昆明种雄性小鼠 ,建立免疫性不育动物模型 ,同时分别饲喂免不 1号和强的松并观察血清精囊液抗精子抗体 ,精囊液果糖、睾丸附睾病理学、免疫组织化学和妊娠等指标。结果 :免不 1号能明显降低血清抗精子抗体(AsAb) (与模型组比较P <0 0 5) ,且停药后血清、精囊液AsAb反跳幅度小 (与西药对照组比较P <0 0 1)。免不 1号能较明显地清除睾丸、附睾免疫复合物的沉积 (与模型组、西药组比较 ) ,免不 1号每曲细精管精子细胞数 ( x±s) ( 12 8 1± 2 3 7)显著高于西药组 ( 99 6± 18 8)模型组 ( 110 2 5± 2 1 56) (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5) ,明显提高动物的妊娠 ,每胎仔数 ( 12 2± 2 6)明显高于模型组 ( 9 2± 3 3)及西药组 ( 7 8± 5 2 ) (P <0 0 5)。结论 :免不 1号通过调节全身免疫系统 ,吸收、清除循环和局部AsAb、免疫复合物 ,提高精子细胞数 。Objective:To study the treatment action of Chinese medicine Mianbu I on immunological infertility causing by antisperm antibody(AsAb).Methods:Model male mice of Kunmin species of immunological infertility with antisperm antibodies(AsAb)were made by injection of mice sperm.The mice were treated with Mianbu I or prednisone in the same period of model establishment.The changes of levels of AsAb in serum,seminal vesicle plasma,cervical mucus,fructose in seminal vesicle plasma,the changes of pathology and immunohistochemistry in testis and epididymis,pregnant were investigated in tested mice.Results:It was showed the Mianbu I can heavily decrease the amount of AsAb in serum(comparing with model group, P <0 05),the rebound of the AsAb from serum and seminal vesicle plasma is low after withdrawal it (comparing with prednisone group, P <0 01);Mianbu I can clear the deposition of immunological compounds in testis and epididymis(comparing with model or prednisone group);the amount of spermatozoaper convoluted seminiferous tubule( x±s )(128 10±23 7)from Mianbu I group was significant higher than prednisone(99 6±18 8)and model group(110 25±21 56)( P <0 05);Mianbu I can increase the mouse pregnancy,the number of offspring per pregnancy(12 2±2 6)was significant higher than model(9 2±3 3)and prednison group(7 8±5 2)( P <0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine Mianbu I can regulate,absorb,clear circulating and parting AsAb,immunological compound and increase the amount of spermatozoa,increase the mice pregnancy finally.
