中西医结合治疗急性痛风65例临床观察

摘　　要：急性痛风是由于尿酸钠微晶体沉积在关节周围组织而引起的急性炎症反应 ,是临床难治性疾病之一。本文参照美国风湿病协会 1977年制定的痛风诊断标准 ,对近 10年来本院收治的 65例患者 ,采用中西医结合的方法 (内服中西药 ,外敷中药 )进行治疗 ,并与单纯西药组进行对照 ,发现在疗效和控制复发率方面 。Acute gout is one of the refractory diseases clinically and a kind of acute inflammation due to minicrystal of uric-acid natrium depositing on the surrounding of joint's tissue. This article reported the clinical result of treating 65 in-patients with acute gout by IWTCM, Which wes the therapy combining western drugs and herbal medicine talken orally with herbal medicine applied topically. Compared with control group of western medicine applied alone, in the aspect of efficacy and reducing recurrence rate, treatment group showed a much better outcome.
