摘　　要：目的　探讨山羊小肠的淋巴流向。方法　肠浆膜下以不同速度注射中华墨汁 ,并进行局部按摩 (对照组不按摩 ) ,对墨汁的引流进行活体观察。结果　以慢速注射时 ,墨汁先在浆膜下沿毛细淋巴管向周围扩散 ,约 1min后 ,部分进入肠系膜缘的浆膜下淋巴管 ,由此开始沿肠系膜内淋巴管快速引流 ,30s内即引流到局部淋巴结。快速或慢速注射并对注射局部进行按摩时 ,15s内可完成上述过程。墨汁进入局部淋巴结后 ,首先在淋巴结被膜下弥散 ,约 5～10min后墨汁出现于淋巴结输出管 ,再很快进入肠系膜前淋巴干由此进入肠淋巴干。结论　山羊小肠的淋巴流向属于集中型。Objective To study the lymphatic drainage of the small intestine in goats .Methods Zhonghua ink was injected into intestinal subserosa of intestine with different speed,then massaging on the spots of injection wars done(the non-masagin in control group).The migration of the ink was observed .Rerults Under the slower speed ,the ink was injected to subserosa and diffused along the lymphatic capillary .After 1*!min,part of ink arrived at subserous lymph vessels and was drained into meseteric lymph vessels quickly .Within about 30*!s the ink reached to the local lymph nodes .Under the faster speed or slower with massaging ,within 15*!s achieved the whole process above .The ink passing into the local lymph nodes dispersed under the capsule first .About 5～10*!min later ,some ink appeared in the efferent vessels of the local lymph nodes ,and entered the intestine lymphatic trunks .Conclusion The lymphatic drainage of the small intestine of the goats belongs to concentrating type.
