摘　　要：目的 :建立肝泰胶囊中的五味子甲素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法进行分离测定。 C1 8为固定相 ,甲醇-水 ( 75∶ 2 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 5 0 nm。结果 :加样回收率为 1 0 0 .5 6 % ,RSD为 1 .0 2 % ( n=6 ) ;3批样品五味子甲素含量分别为 0 .1 2 % ,0 .1 1 % ,0 .1 1 %。结论 :此方法快速、简便 ,可作为该药质量控制方法。Objective:To establish a determination method for deoxyschizandrin in traditional Chinese drug Gantai capsule. Methods:HPLC was developed for the determination, with the conditions of C 18 as regular phase, methanol water (75∶25) as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 250 nm. Results:The mean recovery of 100.56% ( RSD 1.02%) for deoxyschizandrin was obtained the contents of deoxyschizanolrin in three batches sample were 0.12%, 0.11%, 0.11% respectively. Conclusion:The method was quick, accurate, and can be used for quality control.
