摘　　要：目的 :采用双波长薄层扫描法测定腰腿痛丸中麻黄碱的含量。方法 :样品超声处理 ,离心后取上清液 ,在 λS=5 1 5 nm,λR=6 80 nm下测定含量。结果 :方法简便、准确度高 ,精密度好。结论Objective:This paper reported a method of quantitative analysis for ephedrine content in Yaotuitong Pill by TLC densitometry. Methods:The samples were extracted with ultrasonic treatment, were seperated by TLC after centrifugalization, then determined at λ S =515 nm, λ R =680 nm. Results:The result proved that the method was simple, rapid and accurate. Conclusion:It is suitable for the determination of ephedrine content in Yaotuitong Pill.
