摘　　要：目的 :观察皮炎洗剂的体外抗菌效果。方法 :采用试管连续稀释法 ,对皮炎洗剂进行了体外抗菌试验研究。结果 :表明皮炎洗剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、枯草杆菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌均有较强的抑杀作用。结论 :皮炎洗剂具有较强的抗菌作用 。Objective:The antimicrobial effects in vitro of Piyan lotion were observed. Methods:The antimicrobial tests for the lotion were studied by using tubes serial dilution method. Results:The results showed that Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans could be inhibited and killed by it. Conclusion:The lotion has strong antimicrobial effects. This study may serve as a experimental basis for clinical applications.
