复方枳实合剂对实验动物的抗疲劳作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :从中医疏肝理气角度研究复方枳实合剂抗运动性疲劳的作用 ,为疲劳运动提供疲劳的防止办法。方法 :运用中西医药学现代研究方法 ,从多个角度观察本合剂的抗疲劳作用。结果 :实验证明复方枳实合剂具有显著的镇痛、耐缺氧、抗小鼠游泳性疲劳作用 ,急性毒性实验证明本药有很大的安全性。从血生化角度支持了本药具有抗疲劳作用。结论 :复方枳实合剂具有抗疲劳、镇痛、耐缺氧作用 ,对运动后恢复产生良好的效果。Objective: To study the effect of mistura trifoliate orange on sports fatigue from the point of view of Traditional chinese medcine about regulating the flow of vital energy in order to find a solution to resist sports fatigue.Method:To observe the effects of mistura trifoliate orange from different point of view by using modern chinese and western medical research mothods.Result:The experiment proves that mistura trifoliate orange has obvious effects of easing pain,enduring the lack of oxygen and resisting swimming fatigue of the mouse. Acute poisonous experiment shows that the medicine is very safe.Conclusion:mistura trifoliate orange has the effects of anti-fatigue, easing pain and enduring the lack of oxygen. It also helps body recovery from fatigue after sport.
