天冬氯仿提取液对D-半乳糖致衰小鼠脑抗氧化作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：观察天冬氯仿提取液对Ｄ－半乳精致衰小鼠脑抗氧化作用．方法：以Ｄ－半乳精致衰小鼠为研究对象，灌服天冬氟仿提取液３０ｄ，测定脑组织中一氧化氮合酶（ＮＯＳ）、超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）的活性，一氧化氮（ＮＯ）、过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）含量．结果：天冬氯仿提取液能提高小鼠脑组织中ＮＯＳ、 ＳＯＤ的活性（Ｐ＜０．０１）使 ＮＯ含量增加（Ｐ＜０． ０１）， ＬＰＯ 含量降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）．结论：天冬氯仿提取液具有抗衰老作用．Objective: To observe the anti-oxidation effect of chloroform extract of Tiandong. Methods: D-galactose-induced mouse aging model was used. and chloroform extract of Tiandong was given to the mice for 30 days. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and NOS and the levels of NO and LPO in the brain were measured. Results: The results showed that in the model group, the extract enhanced the activities of SOD and NOS(P<0.01), increased the level of NO and decreased the content of LPO(P<0.01), Conclusion: suggesting the chloroform extract of Tiandong has an anti-aging effect.
