摘  要:采用细长管、孔喷嘴和缩扩式3种分散器分别对滑石粉、高岭土等5种微粉体聚集颗粒进行气流分散研究。建立了气流条件与聚集颗粒分散程度的关系,关联所得计算值与实验值符合程度较好。实验结果表明,孔喷嘴分散器比细长管和缩扩式分散器更有利于实际应用。本文所设计的6级串级碰撞器可便捷地测定微粉聚集颗粒的大小及分布。In this paper,the dispersion of aggregates by air stream was studied with five kinds of powdery materials by using three types of dispersing devices.The relationships between the degree of dispersion of aggregates and the condition of air stream were obtained,and the calculated values agreed with the experimental data well in the experimental ranges.The dispersion effect of small diameter pipe and orifice nozzle is much better than that of the convergent-divergent nozzle.The correlation obtained between the degree of dispersion and energy dissipation at the vena contracta are D_p/D°_p=αε~b The value of a and b are ralated to the types of fine powder.It is considered than orifice nozzle is more suitable to actual application than the small diameter pipe of convergent-divergent nozzle. A six-stage cascade impactor designed in this work can be used easily to check the degree of dispersion.
