摘  要:目的 了解干化学法与湿化学法在检测各类型黄疸患者的胆红素的差异。方法 分别用干化学法和湿化学法对临床多型黄疸患者的血清进行了胆红素检测 ,并用 SPSS6.0 for Windows统计软件包对数据进行组间比较分析。结果 总胆红素干湿两法结果无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5) ,但胆红素的其余指标两法间结果差异具高度显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1 )。结论 干湿两种方法测定血清胆红素应建立各自的正常参考范围 。Aim To compare the serum bilirubin results obtained by conventional wet chemistry methods and thin film method and to find out the correlation between the methods.Methods Sera from a control group and various type of jaundice patients were measured for bilirubin concentrations.SPSS 6.0 for Windows software was used for data analysis.Results There was no significant difference between the two methods for total bilirubin determination( P >0 05),yet the differences between the unconjugated bilirubin as well as conjugated bilirubin were highly significant( P <0 001).Conclusion Laboratory must establish its own reference ranges for bilirubin determination or perform a correlation study if two different methods for bilirubin measurement are exited.Unconjugated bilirubin result obtained by thin film method may be more sensitive for diagnosis of obstructive jaundice than that from the conventional wet chemistry method.
