复元散对激素性股骨头坏死脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：为探讨复元散对激素性股骨头坏死脂质代谢的影响。将 40只成年雄性新西兰大白免随机分为模型组、复元散组和对照组 ,采用臀肌注射醋酸氢化泼尼松建立股骨头骨细胞坏死模型 ,每隔 2周分别进行血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇的测定和肝脏及股骨头组织学变化观察。结果显示复元散组甘油三酯 ,总胆固醇均明显低于模型组 ,肝脏和股骨头的病理变化亦较模型组轻。表明复元散能降低血脂 ,减轻肝脏的负荷 ,保护肝脏 ,减少脂肪栓子形成 ,改善股骨头血循环 。Objective: To study the effect of FUYUANSAN on lipid metabolism of Steroid induced Necrosis of Femoral Head. Methods: Fourty male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into model group, FUYUANSAN group and control group. Hydroprednisone acetate was intraglutedly injected to induced models of Femoral Head Necrosis. The levels of triglycerides and total cholesterol in serum, histopathological changes of livers and femoral heads were observed respectively every two weeks. Results: the levels of triglycerides and total cholesterol in serum were lower in FUYUANSAN group than in model group, and the histopathological changes of livers and femoral heads in FUYUANSAN group also were slighter than those in model group. Conclusion: FUYUANSAN can decrease the levels of lipid and the loads of liver, protect the livers, prevent thrombogenesis, and improve blood circulation of femoral head, therefore, it brings a definite and preventive therapeutic effect for Steroid induced Necrosis of Femoral Head.
