摘  要:为探讨脉冲电磁场对坚强内固定后局部骨质疏松引起的骨力学性能的下降的影响 ,选用成年健康家兔 18只 ,6只正常对照 ,12只在双侧胫骨中部行钢板固定 ,术后左侧胫骨用脉冲电磁场治疗。治疗后 6、12周先后处死 ,每次 6只 ,正常组于术后第 12周处死 ,取双侧胫骨做三点弯曲实验。结果显示 ,脉冲电磁场能有效对抗坚强内固定所致的骨结构力学和材料力学性能的下降 。To study the effect of pulsed electromagnetic fields ( PEMFs ) on the descent of bone biomechanics properties of tibia in rabbits caused by regional osteoporosis after firm internal fixation, 18 healthy adult rabbits were selected , 6 of them were normal, the others were made models by artificial tibial fracture , and fixed by steel plates, then the left tibiae of them were treated by PEMFs after the fixation. After the treatment of 6 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 modeled rabbits were killed respectively,and the normal rabbits were killed 12 weeks after operation,then the bilateral tibia of them were experimented by three point bending test, the results suggested that PEMFs could effectively resist the descent of bone biomechanics properties by firm internal fixation, and prevent the re fracture after the removal of firm steel plates.
