膝关节半月板损伤的MRI诊断

摘　　要：为探讨 MRI对膝关节半月板损伤的诊断价值。分析了 6 0例临床诊断为半月板损伤的患者的 MRI影像资料 ,并与手术结果对照分析。结果示 6 0例 12 0个半月板中 ,MRI表现正常 6个 ,呈典型 I～ III度 MRI表现 87个 ,不典型表现者 2 7个 ,与手术结果对照 ,MRI诊断半月板损伤的敏感性为 95 .0 % ,准确性为 91.2 %。表明To study the diagnostic value of MRI on meniscal injury of the knee in various degrees, the MRI findings of 120 menisci (60 cases) were studied, showing that normal findings are six, injured findings of typical grade Ⅰ～Ⅲ eighty-seven, atypical injured findings twenty-seven. In comparison with the testified results after operation, the sensitivity and accuracy of MRI in diagnosing meniscal injury are 95.0%, 91.2% respectively. The results showed that MR imaging was a non-invasive, accurate and ideal method in diagnosing the meniscal injury of the knee.
