摘  要:管式反应器在采用向轴对撞方式进行气相初始混合时,影响其混合效果的主导因素是两股气流的动量比和它们之间的交角。实验结果表明,气流交角α在75°左右,动量比H在0.5—1之间混合效果最好。气流完全混合所需长度为1.33—3.11D,远小于非同轴对撞混合所需长度。Two major factors affecting the mixing effects of two gas streams are the momentum ratio and cross-angle of the two streams, when the streams mix initially in a tubular reactor along the same axis. The experimental results show that the optimum mixing effect could be received when the cross-angle equals to about 75° and momentum ratio 0.5—1.0, and the length for mixing two streams perfectly is about 1.33—3.11D (diameter of reactor), which is much shorter than that needed along two different axis directions.
