骨巨细胞瘤的临床、病理及X线对比分析

摘　　要：为探讨骨巨细胞瘤的 X线影像表现与临床及病理分级间的意义。对经临床及病理证实的 86例骨巨细胞瘤术前 X线资料加以前瞻性分析。结果　 X线诊断 级骨巨细胞瘤 2 6例 ,病理为 2 0例 ;X线诊断 级骨巨细胞瘤 48例 ,而病理为 5 4例 ;X线与病理诊断 级骨巨细胞瘤均为 12例。观察结果表明骨巨细胞瘤的 X线分度与临床及病理分级有一定的相关关系 ,对治疗方法的选择有一定的指导价值 ,但最终诊断与治疗方法的选择还须临床、X线及病理三方面综合考虑。Objective: To explore the value of roentgenograms on the clinical and pathological findings of giant cell tumor of bone. Methods: The roentgenograms of 86 cases confirmed by clinical and pathological findings were reviewed. Results: The cases of GradeⅠdiagnosed by radiography were 26, while by pathological findings 20; the cases of Grade Ⅲ diagnosed by radiography were 48, while by pathological findings 54; the cases of Grade Ⅲ diagnosed by radiography and by pathological findings were the same. Conclusion: There are some relationships between the graduation of Roentgenograms and the grading of the clinical and pathological findings of giant cell tumor of bone. So Roentgenograms is beneficial to the selection of therapeutic ways, however in combination with clinical and pathological findings of giant cell tumor of bone are of importance in the final diagnose.
