摘  要:目的 :观察糖尿病大鼠心肌局部血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )和一氧化氮 (nitricoxide ,NO)的动态变化。方法 :实验动物分为三月对照组和糖尿病组各 8只 ;六月对照组和糖尿病组各 10只 ;分别于 3个月、6个月杀栓 ,测定AⅡ、血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)、NO的含量和一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)的表达。结果 :糖尿病大鼠心肌局部AngⅡ、ACE三个月时与对照组比较无显著性差异 ,六个月时明显增高 ,呈动态增加 ;血浆AngⅡ、ACE明显持续增高。心肌局部及血浆一氧化氮代谢产物硝酸盐 /亚硝酸盐含量从三个月起较对照组明显降低 ,到六个月时进一步减低 ,iNOS表达呈持续阳性。结论 :糖尿病心肌局部AngⅡ的不断增高和NO的持续减低可能共同参与了糖尿病心肌病的发生。Objective: To observe the change of local angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ),angiotensin converting enzyme,nitric oxide and inducible nitric oxide synthase in the diabetic heart.Method: Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups:3rd month group:control Ⅰ and streptozotocin induced diabetes(rats were administrated by streptozotocin 60 mk/kg intraperitoneally)and 6th month group:control,and diabetes.The related parameters were determined at 3th and 6th month respectively.Results: The tissue AngⅡ and ACE in 6th month diabetes were significantly higher than controls while there was no significant change in 3rd month diabetes.Both AngⅡ and ACE of plasma in diabetes were significantly increased compared with controls;The plasma and tissue NO were significantly decreased in diabetes compared with controls while tissue iNOS express was higher.Conclusion: It shows that the increase of AngⅡ and decrease of NO may involved in the development of early diabetic cardiomyopathy.
