摘  要:目的 :研究自制促乳剂 (PBP)对大鼠乳房微循环的影响和促乳机理。方法 :用微循环显微录相摄像系统及步进慢放方式观察PBP的作用。结果 :( 1)增加了乳房血流量和微血管血流速度。 ( 2 )使乳头乳腺微血管管径一直维持在 2 4.4± 0 .2 8μm ,而对照组为 4.6± 0 .2 1μm。 ( 3)乳头乳腺微血管密度PBP组显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。( 4)乳头微血管构型由树枝型转为网囊型。镜下可见二组均为线流 ,偶见白细胞闪烁而过。 ( 5 )乳鼠体重在出生 0h二组无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :PBP对大鼠乳房有正向调节作用 ,可促进乳汁分泌。泌乳机理是通过对乳房微血管构型的改变 ,增加了单位面积的微血管数目、管径 ,从而使乳房微血管血流量增多。Objective: Study on the effects of self made prolactin(PBP)on rat′s breast microcirculation with the lactigenous mechanism.Method: PBP function was observed with video system of the microcirculation in slow playing mode.Results: (1)improving the volume of the breast blood flow and the flow velocity of the breast micrangium;(2)maintaining the calibre of the nipple micrangium at 24.4±0.28 μm,but that in the control group is only at 4.6±0.21 μm;(3)the density of the nipple micrangium in PBP group is higher than that in the control group( P< 0.01 );(4)the configuration of the nipple micrangium was transferred from arboresecnce to processus reticularis,and the flow state in the two groups is linear,with white cells in twinkling occasionally observed under the high power microscope;(5)the weight of suckling rats in the two groups in no different at 0 h of birth( P> 0.05 ).Conclusion: PBP has positive regulating function on the microcirculation of the rat breast,and could improve the secretion of milk.By changing the configuration of the breast micrangium,the lactigenous mechanism of PBP is to increase the micrangium number in per unit/area and expand the caliber of the micrangium.Therefore,the flow volume of the breast micrangium is enhanced.
