摘  要:目的 :评价单次激发快速自旋回波序列 (Single -shotTSE)在脊髓成像中的应用价值。材料与方法 :40 0例腰背部疼痛患者行MR检查 (Siemens 1 5TMagnetomSymphony)。所有扫描序列均配以脊柱相控阵线圈。扫描序列如下 :(1)TSET2 W ;(2 )TSET1W ;(3)Single -shotTSE。结果 :Single -shotTSE显示椎管优秀 ,病变轮廓勾画清晰。诊断椎管梗阻及压迫准确性为 10 0 %。对于常规MR序列显示不佳的囊肿有很好的显示 ,信噪比及对比度噪声比均大大提高。结论 :单次激发快速自旋回波序列的优点 :(1)成像时间短 ;(2 )背景抑制好 ;(3)对病变显示的敏感性及准确性高。Purpose:To evaluate the value of Single-shot TSE sequence in MR myelography.Materials and Methods:MR examination(Siemens 1 5T Magnetom Symphony) were performed to 400 patients with low back pain with spine-array coil.MRI sequences including:(1)TSE T 2W;(2)TSE T 1W;(3)Single-shot TSE.Results:Spinal canal and the margins of lesion were displayed clearly on Single-shot TSE imaging The diagnostic accuracy of spinal canal obstruction or pressuring was 100% with Single-shot TSE imaging.The cyst which couldn′t be displayed well on routine spine MRI were display very clear.Single-shot TSE imaging showed higher SNR and CNR.Conclusion:The advantage of Single-shot TSE sequence in MRM:(1) The acquisition time was short.(2)The background was suppressed very well.(3)The sensitivity and accuracy of lesion were high.
