非洛地平与培哚普利对高血压病患者肾功能的影响

摘  要:目的 :探讨非洛地平和培哚普利治疗对高血压病患者肾功能的影响。方法 :高血压病患者 60例随机分为两组 ,非洛地平组与培哚普利组各 30例 ,疗程 2 4周 ,治疗前后观察肾功能指标变化。结果 :两组治疗后均能显著降低血压 ( P<0 .0 1)及尿蛋白的排泄量 ,两组 2 4小时尿白蛋白分别从 10 4 .2± 34 .5mg/ 2 4 h、10 3.2± 4 1.8mg/ 2 4 h降至 69.8± 2 8.4 mg/ 2 4 h、66.8± 2 8.3mg/ 2 4 h,P均 <0 .0 1;2 4小时尿蛋白量从 0 .2 6± 0 .0 59g/ L、0 .2 6± 0 .0 61g/ L降至 0 .18± 0 .0 32 g/ L、0 .18± 0 .0 4 2 g/ L,P均 <0 .0 1。两组之间无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5)。结论 :非洛地平、培哚普利长期治疗均能显著降低血压 ,可减少蛋白尿 。Objective:To explore the side effects of Felodipine and Captopril on renal functions when treating hypertension cases.Methods:60 hypertension cases were divided at random into 2 groups:Felodipine group (30 cases) and captopril group (30 cases).Detections of the renal functions were made after 24 weeks of treatment. Results: In both groups,the blood pressure and urine protein were lowered ( P <0.01).24 hour total urine albumin was reduced from 104.2±35.4 mg/24 h,103.2±41.8 mg/24 h to 69.8±28.4 mg/24 h and 6.8±28.3 mg/24 h respectively( P <0.01).24 hour total urine protein were reduced from 0.26±0.059 g/L,0.26±0.06 g/L to 0.18±0.032 g/L and 0.18±0.042 g/L( P <0.01).No difference were observed between the 2 groups ( P >0.05).Conclusions:Long term usage of Felodipine and Captopril could effectively lower the blood prssure with lower urine protein discharge.
