黑绒鳃金龟种群发生及测报技术的研究

摘　　要：黑绒鳃金龟Maladeraorientalis(Motsh)是宁夏南部山区和新垦区最主要的害虫之一。本文以田间调查和室内饲养的方法 ,研究了该虫的生活史、实验生命表及影响种群发生的环境因子 ,采用数学方法对其作用关系进行了模拟。得出 ,黑绒鳃金龟种群平均累计死亡率模型F(x) =1-exp[- (x/ 85) 0 .7165];卵期、幼虫期、蛹的存活率与土壤含水量的关系式分别为 :y =1.4 143+6.70 0 7x - 0 .1913x2 、y =2 1.6499+5.2 62 1x - 0 .1451x2 、y =2 .2 4 2 9+6.6462x - 0 .190 5x2 。对土壤环境理化性状因子对黑绒鳃金龟种群发生量的生态效应进行了相关分析 ,结果表明 :黑绒鳃金龟种群发生量与各土壤因子有显著性相关关系 ,该虫适宜发生在土壤松散、沙粒较多、粘粒较少、有机质含量较少的沙壤土环境 ,这正是开垦初期该虫容易大发生的主要原因之一。通过 2 2年的历史资料建立了黑绒鳃金龟种群发生量和发生期等的测报技术及指标体系。Maladera orientalis is one of the most important pests of southern mountain regions and a new reclamation area of Ningxia. Its life history and life table was studied by means of field investigation and indoor rearing. The relationship of environment factors and its population occurrence was also analyzed. The results show that the model of the relationship of average cumulative death rate with specific time for laboratory population of Maladera orientalis is F(x)=1-exp｛-[(x/85) 0.7165 ]｝, and that the relationship of survival rates(y) of ova, larvae and pupa of it with contents of water in soil is separatively y=1.4143+6.7007x-0.1913x 2, y=21.6499+5.2621x-0.1451x 2 and y=2.2429+6.6462x-0.1905x 2. The occurence degree of Maladera orientalis and the physicochemical properties of soil, such as surface hardness, contents of organic matter, contents of sand, contents of clay mineral and PH value are linear correlation, and correlation coefficients are very signigicance. Forecast technique of the insect was formned with the help of history data from 1979 to 2000.
