油炸兔肉软罐头生产线设计

摘　　要：油炸兔肉软罐头食用方便 ,营养丰富 ,容易储藏和长途运输 ,市场前景广阔。本文从油炸兔肉软罐头生产工艺确定、物料衡算、设备选型等几个方面进行设计 ,设计出了一条投资少、成本低、运行稳定、生产效率较高的小型油炸兔肉软罐头生产线 。Soft-tin of fried rabbit meat(SFRM)is nutritious, convenient for consuming, easy for store and long-distance transport, thus it has a broad market prospect. A whole small-scale productive line of SFRM, which is of lower investment and cost, steady work and high production efficiency, is designed in aspects such as technology of production, measurement of material goods, selection and design of facilities.
