农杆菌介导rolC基因转化烟草植株的研究

摘　　要：通过根癌农杆菌介导手段 ,将来自发根农杆菌的rolC基因转化到烟草 (Nicotianatabacum )植株的基因组 ,并借助GUS组织化学法 ,PCR扩增法和Southern杂交进行了鉴定证实。rolC基因改变转基因烟草植株某些性状的特点 ,如植株高度变矮、花冠变小、雄蕊变短等 。The rol C gene cloned from Agrobacterium rhizogenes was inserted into the genome of tobacco plant using Agrobacterium?mediated transformation method,and the result was verified by GUS analysis,PCR amplification and Southern hybridization.Compared to the control,the transgenic tobacco plants showed significantly dwarfer plant height,later bloom period,smaller flower and shorter androecium.
