摘　　要：本文从软件工程和程序设计的角度介绍露天矿生产计量系统的开发过程和数据管理模型,通过引入一种缓冲库的机制,提高系统数据的有效管理并提高系统的开发效率,减少维护成本,以及系统的主要功能及主要特点。This paper discusses the development of the system of the measure of production in software engineering and programmer and a data process model, A kind of database named buffers is introduced. It can raise the efficiency of managing data and developing system. In addition to the main functions and characteristics of this system.
