摘　　要：介绍了用硫酸铵盐析和 DEAE-Sephadex A-50层析技术由 Cohn 氏组分Ⅳ制备纯人血浆转铁蛋白的过程。聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、免疫电泳、吸收光谱和铁结合活性等检定的结果与文献报道的一致。This paper presents the method of preparinghuman transferrin from Cohn's fraction Ⅳ byprecipitation with ammonium sulfate andchromatography on DEAE-Sephadex A-50.Theresulting preparation is shown to be homoge-neous by the criteria of polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis,immunoelectrophoresis,iron-com-bining capacity and absorption spectra,andfulfils quality requirements as biochemical rea-gent.
