摘　　要：推导了光度法测定有机试剂的逐级电离常数及各型体的摩尔吸光系数的计算通式。选用Rosenbrock 算法处理实验数据。在20℃,离子强度 I=0.4的条件下,测得三溴偶氮胂的六级电离常数(pk_2)分别为:0.60、1.56、2.81、6.59、9.50和11.26。A general formula for determining stepwisedissociation constants and molar absorptivities oforganic reagents by spectrophotometric methodhas been introduced,and the Rosenbrock's me-thod has been used to deal with the experimen-tal data.The stepwise dissociation constants oftribromoarsenazo,pk_1=0.60,pk_(?)=1.56,pk_3=2.81,pk_4=6.59,pk_5=9.50,pk_(?)=11.26,weredetermined by using this new method at 20℃and an ionic strength of 0.4.
