新疆白猪染色体的比较特征

摘　　要：运用Levan氏分组方案 ,将新疆白猪染色体的研究结果与其它 10余种家猪的染色体研究结果相比较 ,发现新疆白猪染色体组型有明显的特征 新疆白猪的染色体组型为 2n =38,分为 4组 ,即A组 (Sm)为 1～ 4号染色体 ,B组 (Sr)为 5、6号染色体 ,C组 (m)为 7～ 12号染色体 ,D组 (t)有 6对端部着丝点染色体 B组及y染色体的臂比与其它品种家猪的相比有较大不同 ,新疆白猪有较高的四倍体检出率 。Using Levan's dividing plan, the study results of Xinjiang white pigs' chromosomes were compared with the other more than ten pigs'.The karyotypes of the XinJiang white pigs were divided four groups:A(sm) group was 1～4 chromosomes, B(St) group was 5～6 chromosomes, C(m)group was 7～12 chromosomes, D(t) group had 6 pairs telochromosomes.There was obvious difference in the B group and sex chromosomes' arm ratio,and Xinjiang white pigs presented higher tertraploid, which may become one of main features of Xinjiang white pigs. ]
