摘 要:对合肥市蜀山地区 2 4只山羊进行体表寄生虫检查和粪便检查 ,并对其中 4只山羊进行蠕虫学完全剖检。结果发现 ,体表寄生虫的感染率为 62 .50 % ( 1 5/ 2 4 ) ;粪检线虫卵感染率 95.83 % ( 2 3 / 2 4 ) ,吸虫卵感染染率 4 5.83 % ( 1 1 / 2 4 ) ,球虫卵囊感染率 91 .67% ( 2 2 / 2 4 ) ;剖检线虫感染率 1 0 0 % ( 4/ 4 ) ,吸虫感染率 2 5.0 0 %( 1 / 4 ) ,细颈囊尾蚴感染率 50 .0 0 % ( 2 / 4 )Huanghuai White goats in Shushan region of Hefei were investigated on the infection of parasites,including the Acarina, the parasites in the dung samples, and the Helminth by anatomy. It was concluded that the infection rate of Acarina was 62 50% (15/24).In the dung samples, 91 67% (22/24) were infectious with Coccidia,45 83% (11/24) with Trematoda,and 95 83% (23/24) with Nematoda.4 goats were anatomized,the results indicated 100% (4/4) were found to be infections with Nematoda,25 00% (1/4) with Trematoda,and 50 00% (2/4) with Cysticercus tenuicollis.
