五道河林场森林生态效益价值评估及调整

摘　　要：该文采用效益评价法对河北省承德县五道河林场的森林生态价值进行评估 ,主要集中于该林场森林的水源涵养、水土保持和净化空气 3种生态功能上 .由于用效益评价法所得出价值量是森林的最大生态价值 ,而人们对生态价值的认识是一个动态的过程 ,它随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高而逐渐被社会所认识直至完全接受 .所以该文以恩格尔系数为参数对最大生态价值进行调整 。This paper deals with the appraisal of the forest eco-benefit value by the measure of benefit-value(MBV) in Wudaohe Forest Farm. The forest ecological function includes head water conservation, water and soil conservation and air purifying. The result got by MBV is the largest ecological value (LEV) and will be accepted gradually when the local economy and living standard are developed by degrees. In this paper the LEV is adjusted according to the local Engel's coefficient and the current payment value is working out.
