摘　　要：针对当前农村小康建设与生态农业发展的现状 ,提出建设小康生态村的理论 ,概要分析其内涵与作用 ,报道了近年来该模式在闽北山区农村实施的初步成效 ,并在此基础上提出若干发展对策。参 5。In view of the existing situation of being well off construction and ecological agricultural development in rural areas,this paper put forward the theoretical concept of constructing being well off ecological village,analyzed its connotation and functions,presented preliminary achievements achieved in rural hilly land of northern Fujian and studied some development countermeasures.
