论我国律师宣誓制度之构建

摘　　要：我国律师宣誓制度是指律师在执业前必须向司法机关宣誓的规章制度。律师宣誓制度起源于英、法等国家，我国现在在北京等地已经开展了律师宣誓活动，律师宣誓有利于加强宣誓者的责任感，能起到证明、信任的作用，它有利于培养律师的职业道德，有利于完善我国律师制度。构建我国律师宣誓制度宜从适用对象、主管机关、宣誓程序、誓词等方面作出明确的规定。The lawyer oath institution refers that a lawyer shall be required to declare by oath to the judicial administrative organ before he practices the law. Now, the lawyer oath institution, which dated from Britain, France and so on, is coming into being in Beijing and other cities. It is good for not only strengthening the lawyer's mind with duty to do his job, but also developing his professional moral and improving our lawyer institution. It shall be explicitly promulgated rules of the applicable object, the competent organ, the procedure of making oath, and the oath etc.
