摘　　要：从加强行政法治建设的需要出发，研究行政法主体的含义、种类，着重阐述了行政法主体由行政法律关系主体与监督行政法律关系主体两部分组成，并提出这种研究的现实意义。Based on the necessity of strengthening the construction of Administrative Law, the paper studies the meaning and types of the subjects of Administrative Law, layes special stress on expounding that the subjects of Administrative Law are composed of two parts - the subjects of administrative legal relation and the subjects of supervising administrative legal relation, and pointing out the practical importance of the division.
