厦门岛附近自由生活海洋线虫的研究——联体线虫科的变异毛咽线虫和异毛联体线虫新种

摘　　要：本文对发现于厦门大学海滩潮间带泥基质区两种联体线虫科 (ComesomatidaeFilipjev ,1 91 8)的虫种进行了描述 .异毛联体线虫新种 (Paracomesomaxiamenensesp .nov .)由于其第二圈感觉毛的长度相同 ,并且比第三圈头感觉毛短 ;交合刺两根不等长并有两列、每列 2 8～ 30个肛前乳突以及肛后的柄状乳突等特征使得该种成为一个新种 .变异毛咽线虫 (DorylaimopsisvariabilisVincx ,1 997)的侧边分化的纵列刻痕 ;弓形的交合刺、突出的背尾侧骨突和 1 4个肛前乳突等特征同Vincx( 1 997)的描述相近 ,但某些测量的数值有差别 .Two species of famlily Comesomatidae from the intertidal muddy flat of the Xiamen University were described. Dorylaimopsis variabilis is the same to which M.Vincx described in its lateral punctation, bow like spicules, dorsal tail directed apophyses and 14 precloacal supplements. Paracomesoma xiamenense sp. nov. is identified as a new one which characters are as follows:cuticle punctuation with no lateral region difference;6 short labial setae,6 short and 4 long cephalic setae are in three separate crown;spiral amphid is about 3 circles;long oral cavity with 3 small teeth on the anterior region; cardial and its opening is obvious;2 outstretched testes in the male,slightness spicules not equal in length with obvious velum;2 lines of precloacal supplements; each about 28～30 in the form of small dilations, 2 columns, each with 3 small dilations in the post cloacal region;2 outstretched ovaries in the female; tail conical round.Key to the genus Paracomesoma is given.[WT5F1]
