天然绿色棉的金属盐固色试验

摘　　要：天然有色棉是含有天然色素的棉花。其颜色在汗渍试验时，遇碱蓝色调增加，遇酸黄色调增加，天然棕色棉比绿色棉变色要轻。用固色剂 Ｙ比用无醛固色剂 ＲＦ固色效果好。几种金属盐处理绿色天然棉，其皂洗和汗渍牢度可提高到３级以上，用对人体及环境无害的硫酸亚铁、三氯化铁、硫酸铁铵、硫酸钾铝及硝酸银等处理天然有色棉是一种提高其色牢度的有效方法。Naturally coloured cotton is a cotton with natural colorant. During soaping and perspiration tests, the naturally coloured cotton changes its hue. Fixing colour of natural green cotton with some metallic salts can raise soaping and perspiration colour fastness to more than 3 grade. Using eeo-friendly ferrous sulfate, ferric chloride, ammonium ferric sulfate, potassium aluminium sulphate (alum),and silver nitride etc. for such treatment is an effective way for improving colour fastness of natural coloured cotton.
