精梳小卷粘卷的原因初探

摘　　要：从原料、气候、预并工艺、条并卷联合机和精梳机五个方面分析了精梳小卷粘卷的原因 ,并分别找出了整体粘卷和边缘粘卷的原因 ,提出消除粘卷的措施为 :控制精梳准备工序的牵伸倍数、控制精梳工序的温湿度、正确选择成卷压力、采用防粘装置。The causes of licking of comb lap are analysed from five aspects——material,environment,predrawing processing,draw frame and lap machine combined,comber,and at the same time the causes of whole licking and edge licking is found out,at last,it puts forward the methods of removing licking——controlling draft ratio of combing prepare processing,controlling temperature and humidity of combing,choosing lap pressure correctly,using licking prevention unit,modifying support roller of comber,etc..
