摘 要:菊花“秀芳力”扦插生根试验结果表明 :单独使用IBA时 ,在 0~ 1 50 0ppm范围内 ,根数、根长、根重随IBA浓度的升高而增加 .在 1 50 0 ppm处理区生根效果最佳 ,其根数为 35.1条 .当浓度增加到 2 0 0 0 ppm时 ,反而出现下降现象 ;IBA和NAA混合使用时 ,其最佳组合为IBA 1 50 0 ppm +NAA 80 0 ppm ,此处理区根数为 40 .2条 ,比其它任何处理区生根效果更好 .This study was conducted for two years to examine the effects of IBA and NAA on the rooting of cuttings in the chrysanthemum morifolium. The root number, root length and root weight was increased linely with increasing IBA concentration at 0 1 500 ppm treatments when IBA treated singly, the effect of rooting was the best at 1 500 ppm,it's rooting number was 35.1 ea.when the density was increased up to 2 000 ppm,the effect had a trend of decline; In 1 500 ppm IBA + 800 ppm NAA,the rooting number was increased up to 40.2ea when NAA and IBA were combined, and was also effective in root growth.
