摘 要:对小负荷电器设备的在线故障诊断一直是有待解决的实际问题 ,提出了采用红外成像技术 ,通过比较同一运行条件下不同点间的温差诊断故障的方法 ,并开发了相应的软件系统。该软件系统提高了电器设备红外图的分析与处理能力 ,可以把握电器设备运行状况的变化趋势 ,能够实现电器设备故障特征的自动提取和判断。The fault on-line diagnosis method for light loading electric devices is a difficult problem not been solved in practical engineering. This paper develops a method for on-line diagnosing the fault of electric devices by comparing the temperature difference between two different points of the device working at the same operating condition with infrared image technique. The software of the method enhances the ability of analyzing and handling the infrared image of the device, predicts the variation of state and can extract and diagnose fault features automatically. The test shows that the diagnosis results given by the software are coincided with the measured results.
