城网供用电的经济性与现行电价政策的合理性分析

摘　　要：就提高电力系统、城网供用电的效率和经济性与目前电价政策的合理性问题进行了探讨。结合实例论述了城网供用电与供配电变压器运行的经济性 ,对两部制电价的合理性进行了量化分析。并就目前电价政策存在的问题与改革调整方向进行了深入的探讨 ,提出了相关的建议。This paper discusses the improvement of efficiency and economy of power supply and consumption in power system and urban power network and the rationality of the existing electricity pricing policy. Based on the practical examples, the economy of power supply and consumption in urban network and that of distribution transformer operation are expounded, the rationality of carrying out energy price and capacity price is quantitatively analyzed. The existing problems of electricity pricing policy and the direction of reforming and adjusting the current electricity prices are analyzed in detail, and relevant suggestions are proposed.
