摘  要:介绍了基于 CC- 2 0 0 0平台的自动发电控制 (AGC)的特点和华北、东北联网后华北电网 AGC所采用的控制方式和控制策略。互联电网和跨大区电网的 AGC采用联络线频率偏差控制方式和按北美可靠性委员会 (NERC) CPS标准控制与考核是必然趋势。建议对互联电网和跨大区电网的AGC采用In this paper the features of automatic generation control (AGC) based on CC\|2000 platform and the control modes and control strategy applied by AGC of North China power grid after the interconnection of North China power grid with Northeast China power grid are presented. It will be an inexorable trend that to apply control mode based on the tie\|line frequency deviation to AGC in interconnected power grids and bulk and to perform the AGCs and their assessments by CPS standard of NERC. It is suggested to carry out thorough study on adopting CPS standard to the control of AGC in inteconnected power grids and bulk and their assessments.
