摘　　要：钢油罐基础 (CAD)软件开发工作是由上海高桥石油化工设计院负责完成的。本文对该设计程序主要内容予以简要介绍的同时 ,对该软件开发过程与特点进行了深入的说明。Storage tank foundation computer aided design sysetem(STCAD) is developed by Shanghai Gao Qiao Petro Chemical Designing Institute SINOPEC.The author of this paper is a main compiter for the program.This paper,approved the main design precess briefly and explains the course of compilation and features of the program.It is result the program can be executed well and be more effective.
